Fapinyo offers monthly and annual paid plans (Starter, Creator, and Studio). Monthly plans add their monthly credits when the plan starts. Annual plans add the full year of credits upfront when the payment is confirmed.

Credits are usually added as soon as the payment succeeds. Cryptocurrency purchases typically take 1-3 network confirmations (usually 5-30 minutes depending on network congestion) before credits are added.

Plan credits stay active while your paid plan remains active. Unused credits roll over during that term. When the plan ends, you keep any remaining credits, but you won't receive new monthly credits until you buy another plan.

Every purchase here is a one-time payment — no subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing that needs cancelling.

You can permanently delete your account from your account settings page. Click "Delete Account" and confirm. Please note that this action is permanent and will erase all your credits, videos, paid plan access, and personal data. This cannot be undone.

Uploaded images, generated images, generated videos, and temporary processing files are automatically deleted after 7 days. Make sure to download any content you want to keep from your Gallery.

Yes. Your uploaded images and generated videos are private to your account. We never sell them and never use them for training. They are shared only with the providers that store and render them for you (cloud storage and GPU rendering), to provide the service.

Credits are spent when generation starts. If generation fails due to a server error, the failed generation is automatically refunded. If you experience repeated failures, please contact support.

Paid plans and credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact support and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
